FDAAA Establishes International Network
FDAAA's Activities Committee has established a subcommittee, the FDAAA International Network (FDAAA IN), to act as a clearinghouse for requests by FDA or by other national regulatory authorities for alumni with specific interests and expertise. This effort complements the FDAAA's mission to provide consultation with foreign regulatory authorities on the establishment and operations of regulatory programs. The FDAAA IN may also serve as a resource to alumni and FDA employees who go overseas. The FDAAA IN will also pilot an educational seminar in China about drug regulation in hopes of facilitating related activities in the future. Subcommittee membership: Florence Houn (Co-chair), Zili Li (Co-chair), Linda Horton, Imo Ibia, and Lois Beaver.
