Anne Marie Finley

Anne Marie Finley joined Celgene in November, 2007 as Vice President, Government Relations. She is based in Washington, DC.

Anne Marie joined the company from Biotech Policy Group LLC, a government relations and regulatory policy consulting firm she founded in 2001.

Previously, she held the positions of Vice President, Regulatory Policy for GE Healthcare (formerly Amersham Health); Vice President/Group Manager, Health Policy of Ketchum Public Relations; Professional Staff (Investigations), U.S. House of Representatives? Committee on Government Reform and Oversight and Federal Government Relations Manager for Hershey Foods Corporation. She served in the administration of President George H. W. Bush as Special Assistant for Legislative and Public Affairs in the Office of the Commissioner, Food and Drug Administration.

She currently serves on the US Department of Health and Human Services? Advisory Committee on Blood Safety and Availability and is a trustee of the Hemophilia Association of New Jersey.

Anne Marie is a certified Regulatory Affairs Specialist (RAC) and the author of numerous reports and articles on infectious agents, blood safety, food safety, and food additives.

She is a past president of Women in Government Relations and a former faculty member of George Washington University's graduate government relations program.

Anne Marie graduated from Georgetown University with a BA in Government and received an MS in Science and Technology Commercialization from the University of Texas at Austin. She also earned a graduate certificate in government relations from George Washington University.
