Eligibility Requirements
Alumni Member: Any person previously employed by the FDA
Associate Member: Any current FDA employee
Distinguished Member: Any former FDA employee whom the Board of Directors recognizes as having made an exceptional contribution to the mission of the FDA. Distinguished Members are exempt from dues.
Honorary Member: Any person whom the Board of Directors recognizes as having made exceptional contributions to the mission of the FDA. Honorary Members are exempt from dues.
Reasons to Join FDAAA
FDAAA encourages all alumni and current employees to become members. The many devoted and talented individuals associated with FDA are special and FDAAA is the special place for them to join. See Eight (8) Good Reasons to Join.

To apply for membership, print out the application form, or request an application form by writing to:

Dues for Alumni members are $35 for 1 year, $65 for 2 years, or $90 for 3 years; and dues for Associate members are $20 for 1 year; $35 for 2 years, or $50 for 3 years. A lifetime membership is available for a one-time fee of $300.

To add information concerning an impending or recent retirement from FDA, please email the information to us at mail@fdaaa.org. Include in this order, the name of the person, position and part of FDA where he/she last worked, date of retirement, years with FDA and the contact information for the person's retirement party logistics if desired
